1 000 работников Nabisco, производителя закусок, вышли на забастовку под руководством профсоюза работников хлебопекарных, кондитерских, табачных и мукомольных производств (BCTGM). Они выступили против ухудшения системы переработок и мед. страховки, а также против аутсорсинга.
17 000 медсестёр и 14 000 персонала всего 31 000 сотрудников требуют от Kaiser Permanente компенсации за эмоциональное выгорание, вызванное переработками в период пандемии, повышения оплаты труда на 4% в год и расширения штата, чтобы снизить нагрузку.</description>

Компания «Paizo Inc» издаёт настольные игры; несколько месяцев их игра «Pathfinder» была самой продаваемой игрой в мире.
В компании работают 142 человека, в первый же день в профсоюз вступило 31. В профсоюзе состоят как middle, так и senior специалисты, как редакторы, так и разработчики. Членство в профсоюзе открытое.</description>

В момент создания компания пообещала, что никаких последствий не будет, однако после образования профсоюза началось давление на организаторов. Трое из них были уволены без причины и с нарушением законодательства, в разгар пандемии, когда трудно найти работу. За остальными следят на работе и запугивают.
Мы поддерживаем профсоюз в их требовании восстановить уволенных и прекратить нарушение законодательства на рабочих местах.</description>

      <description>За последнюю пару месяцев такая инклюзивная, открытая и улыбчивая Activision Blizzard, игры которой знакомы практически всем, продемонстрировала типичное поведение крупной корпорации. Работники, столкнувшиеся с низкой оплатой труда и неподобающим поведением со стороны начальства, организовали крупный протест, о котором мы уже писали. Но вместо выполнения требований компания начала бороться с организацией профсоюза и борьбой сотрудников за трудовые права. Отмечены случаи:
уничтожения документов необходимых для расследования запугивания профсоюзных активистов и их родных, слежке на работе и дома, допросов увольнений активистов, ограничения общения между сотрудниками Однако, даже после такого давления со стороны компании работники сумели объединится в профсоюз ABetterABK, и, после обращения в Департамент по защите трудовых прав (National Labor Relations Board), компания вынуждена была пойти на выполнение части требований и выплатить в качестве компенсации $18 млн.</description>
